Drew Theodore P. Lipsky the college drop out.
This is just a sketch for the project I want to work on~
He's around 34 years old in this picture. 
After dropping out of college he lies to his mother so that she'll keep sending him tuition money. While able to afford a decent apartment he takes up a temp job to buy some of the more 'questionable' items for his little schemes so his mother would not wise up when she receives her credit card bill. Due to taking temp jobs Drew went from skinny nerd to buff dork with all the hard labor. 
Of course now he doesn't have his mother's money. Being in his thirties. 
He's all gussied up for a big Villain's Ball. With all the expenses to fund his world domination ventures he decides to cut costs but cutting out the middle man completely and instead hiring a mercenary to outsource for him.
The Villain's Ball is an annual party, which provides opportunities for networking, and familiarizing oneself with the field and the competition. As well as some fun contests on the side. Drew went to one prior to this one and won "Best Villain Laugh" (a title which no doubt Señor Senior, Senior envies Drew for later) Also another good reason to go to The Villain's Ball is to grab all the swag :3
Unfortunately while shaving for this event he slashed a deep cut under his eye, a cut which he will later aggrevate through constant picking at it thus the reason he sews it up later.
