This is Jacklight Moonstar

Worse then any Boogieman, he materializes out of fear, chaos. Emerges from shadow and blood.

He calls young bunnies into his sharp clutches by singing a tune. His sweet voice calls them force like a mother's breath

"Come to me children
And follow my way
Into the world of
Darkness and magic

With all my power
I'll show you the way
To all your dreams
Hopes and delusions~"

He uses voodoo, and watches their eyes bleed.
The Puppetmaster of Dark, if you see a child with a red string upon their person, then they too are under his spell.

He captures their hearts, and drowns them in blood until they break. Strong hearts take longer to break, and weak ones wither away too quickly.

Jacklight searches for the perfect heart, to which he will fabricate his queen
